4. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Payment

5. Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery

   Most in-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. For deliveries within the United States, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

   The processing period is separate from carrier transit time. Actual delivery may vary depending on inventory availability, destination, carrier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances affecting transportation.

   Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

   Depending on inventory availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled through our own operations or appropriate fulfillment partners.

   Tracking availability, delivery arrangements, international-delivery conditions, and procedures for delayed or missing packages are explained in the Shipping Policy. Please contact Customer Care if a shipment requires review.

   Estimated delivery: The stated processing and carrier transit periods are estimates, not a guarantee of delivery on a particular calendar date.
6. Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations

   Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Customers must contact Customer Care before sending merchandise back so the request can be reviewed and, if approved, the correct return warehouse address and instructions can be provided.

   Please do not automatically send merchandise to the company's registered business address. Returns must follow the instructions provided for the relevant request.

   Once an approved return reaches the designated return facility, inspection is normally completed within 5 business days. If approved after inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval. Payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.

   Return shipping responsibilities are handled as follows:

   • Preference-based returns: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
   • Confirmed product issues: If an item is confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed, an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution will be provided without requiring the customer to bear the reasonable return cost caused by that issue.
   • Restocking fees: No separate restocking fee is charged for approved eligible returns.

   Order change or cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. A request cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.

   No separate cancellation fee is charged merely for submitting an eligible request. Any return, refund, or cancellation will remain subject to applicable law.

7. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

   Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates, or other conditions communicated with the offer.

   Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, promotions may not be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or applied retroactively to completed orders.

   Customers are responsible for entering eligible discount codes before checkout is completed and reviewing the final order total before submitting payment.

   Promotional conditions do not remove consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
